1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MarketMateAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, no harassment, no malware, no scraping the Service, no reverse-engineering, no illegal content, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that breach this.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (websites, copy, prompts). You grant us a non-exclusive license to process it to provide the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs from our AI models may contain inaccuracies. Review before publishing. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules (Google, Meta, WordPress, etc.).

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with WordPress, Stripe, Google, Meta and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee SEO rankings, ad performance, lead volume or any specific business outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
